Our Programs
PK 3's
In our PK3 classes, children enjoy the social world of making friends, learning independence, developing communication skills, fine and gross motor skill development, and learning basic skills including colors, shapes, numbers and ABC’s.
Through directed play and free play activities, teachers encourage children to reach developmental milestones that will help them succeed in all areas of life. All children must be potty trained.
Program Highlights
Using the Pocket of Preschool Curriculum and the Virginia Early Learning & Development Standards as a guide, teachers create curriculum activities that will enhance the learning of the following skills:

Separate enrichment classes are offered in music and foreign language.

Physical Needs
are met by daily play on a safe, well-equipped playground and through classroom activities.
Spiritual Needs
are met by daily devotions, prayers, and incorporation of God into daily discussions.
Emotional Needs
are met by daily routines, small and large group activities, and modeling techniques to promote self-regulation and respect for others.

At Great Bridge Presbyterian Preschool, it's easy to stay connected.
We use the Brightwheel app to communicate throughout the school year, including during the summer before school starts.
You can update all of your student's information, including who is allowed to pick up your child, medical information, and more. All registration, billing, financial transactions, and parent communication are conducted through Brightwheel.
